Steve Arntson (#3) - recorded this piece on an Anglo Concertina in the observatory on a windy night in January with only a flask of whiskey.
More of his uneven creative attempts can be found at www.stevenarntson.info. He enjoys playing at festively raucous basement shows.
If you need a concertina player at your festively raucus basement show, he'd love to hear from you.

Jherek Bischoff (#5) - was last to pick a spot and got stuck with the cliche Space Needle. He has deconstructed the grunge musical
legacy with total abandon and bravado. Bravo Mr. Bischoff! Jherek is a musician and producer keeping the artistic company with the likes
of The Dead Science, Xiu Xiu, Parenthetical Girls among a long litany of other quality entertainers.
His solo work can be found at www.myspace.com/ribbonsband

Bret Ellerton (#9) - Recording includes metal bowls, harp and acoustic guitar with signal processing and editing, mixed with field recordings
of the observatory. Bret Ellerton’s musical work ranges from experimental ambient sound-scapes, phonography and film soundtracks,
to collaborative ensemble work, as well as music for children. His ambient work aims to explore the intersection between mind and sound,
deep listening, and appreciation for non-conceptual direct experience: www.uncle-nobody.com

Alex Guy (#4) - Alex's work includes 5 years of performance and work with Degenerate Art Ensemble, a year of composing for an aerial
circus in New Mexico, and numerous compositions for theater and dance. She has also recorded with many indie bands, including
Xiu Xiu and the Dead Science, and released an album of solo work in 2007 called Led to Sea: www.myspace.com/ledtosea

Paris Hurley (#10, 11) - In her 18 years as a violinist, Paris Hurley has performed in venues throughout the US, Germany, and Mexico,
ranging from rock clubs to Carnegie Hall. She is currently co-creating two multi-media projects set to premiere in Seattle and New York in 2008.
You can hear her on the latest albums of Degenerate Art Ensemble, The Dead Science, Aqueduct, Circus Contraption, and Trespassers William.

Robb Kunz (#2, 7) - Conceived and organized this project. If you want someone to blame, he's your man. He can sometimes be found
building elaborate 'Do Nothing' machines with the futile hope of improving life. He was in a group called Infernal Noise Brigade that probably
nobody no longer remembers. He records and/or produces some of the groups listed here. He invites you to check www.audiblesemaphore.org
for similar work in the future.

Devin Rankinbass (#8) - performs under other pseudonyms in Orkestar Zirkonium and the Bicycle Choir. Her piece, cowritten with fellow members
of the deep-underground recording endeavor luv[sic], will appear on her solo EP (forthcoming June 2008).

Devin Welch - An avid tinkerer in sound, Devin has spent recent years delving into lo-tech exotica soundscapes and reappropriating odd
bits of punk and American guitar vocabulary. Known to serve duties in Blood Brothers, Shoplifting, Past Lives .
